As such, our services are branded and sold only under our SmartSIM USA name and if you purchased originally through Amazon, TEMU or similar marketplace website, please note that we are not the company that you purchased from through Amazon, TEMU or similar marketplace website and it appears that you may have actually ordered from a company using the name Smart SIM Tech or Smart SIM.
